A few words about me

Ok, some long copy at last.

I’m a copywriter by trade and now an ECD by good fortune, building and leading a department of brilliant creatives at Havas. I've been lucky – surrounding myself with brilliant partners (cheers Andy Garnett & Jo Casey) and some of the brightest, sharpest and funniest minds in the business from Saatchis, Grey, DDB & now Havas. Now, as the industry and opportunities get ever more diverse, this job just keeps getting better and better.


Recently, I’ve been named in Campaign's Top 40 over 40; represented British Creativity in the House of Commons & at SXSX Austin; co-founded a VR film series for people with Alzheimer’s to remember their past; helped bring back Elf when Hollywood couldn't; turned self checkouts into health check outs; created a book that's now part of the National Curriculum and stopped a European Super League.


The full head of hair may have gone (at 21) but the full head of ideas is still here – more curious than ever. And although i like to pretend industry awards don’t matter much, i'm going to contradict myself here by writing a long list of some of them below:
